Wow… can you say beautiful? This girl’s eyes look just like a celebrity did them, but all she did was use the colors in her eye shadow kit. It’s easy to have gorgeous eyes when you have beautiful colors available! The only extra thing you’ll need is some black eyeliner. Also, make sure you have a small applicator brush.
For this look, use a liquid eyeliner pencil. First, fill in your eye lid with the brown shimmer. Directly on top of your eye lid (about a centimeter underneath your eyebrow), fill in with the dark gray color (where it says “crease”). Flare it out a little bit at the end for some added drama. Fill in the rest of the space with some light tan (the eye shadow underneath where it says “lid”).
Next, thinly line your bottom and top eye lid with your black liquid eyeliner. Make sure there are no spaces; the eyeliner should be filled in at the beginning and end of your eye. Flare it out at the end. Lastly, add your mascara to your top and bottom eyelashes. And that’s it! Your eyes should look exactly like the ones shown here. Who knew that wearing such fabulous make up could be so easy?
Another tip, if you want your eyes to look like this, try to pluck your eyebrows just like this girl’s. Her eyebrows actually add to the pretty effect of her eye makeup. She managed to wear some drastic colors, yet she didn’t overdo the whole look.
Wow.. can you say gorgeous? These eyes are incredible, and you don’t have to go over your spending budget to get them, either. All you will need: peach glimmering eye shadow, yellow glimmering eye shadow, pink glimmering eye shadow, some regular rose colored eye shadow, black eyeliner, and some false eye lashes (or false effect mascara).
By the way, you can use your fingers to apply the glimmer shadows on your eyes. So to start off, cover your entire top eyelid with the peach glimmer. Make sure both eyelids have the same exact amount, because this is the most noticeable step of the process. Then, gently line your top eyelid with black eye liner. Make sure to use pencil eyeliner; it works a lot better and stays on longer than liquid eye liner.
You can flare it outwards for a cat look just like the girl did in the picture. Be sure the middle where your top and bottom eyelids meet are covered with black eye liner, but do not line your bottom eyelid with the black eyeliner yet. Put a very thin line of the pink shimmering eye shadow right on top of the peach shimmering eye shadow. Then place a thick line of the rose colored eye shadow on top of the pink glimmer. There should be a thin space between the rose eye shadow and your eyebrow.
Next, place a thin line of the yellow glimmering eye shadow under your bottom eye lid. Line your bottom lid with black eye liner. Now it’s take to apply the false eye lashes. If you are afraid of messing op your make up, then curl your eye lashes with an eye lash curler and cover them with false effect mascara.
Make your brown eyes stand out by using this make up! This girl’s eye looks gorgeous. I love absolutely everything she has done.
First, she used some shimmering peach eye shadow on her top eye lid and put just a teensy smidge of it on her bottom lid. Then she made a thick line above her eye lashes with a black eyeliner pencil. I do not believe you could achieve this same look with liquid eyeliner.
She made sure to do just a small, barely noticeable touch of the eyeliner directly underneath her bottom eye lashes. Next, she applied some false eyelashes on top of her real eyelashes. If you don’t have false eyelashes or don’t like to use them, false effect mascara always works.
She did add some real mascara to her bottom eyelashes. Lastly, you can see by looking very closely that she did a splash of pink eye shadow above the beginning corner of her eye and underneath the end of her eyebrow.
What a creative idea to make her brown eyes shine! She somehow managed to pull off a beautiful, yet at the same time mysterious look with her eye make up. She did a fantastic job! So to all you girls who have brown eyes, start doing your make up this way. It’s easy and you probably already have all the same make up products at home. If not, you can always use make up dupes to resemble this same look and still make your brown eyes stand out like never before.
I love this idea; using a make up brush instead of an eye shadow applicator. You know, when you buy brand new eye shadow and it comes with a cheap little applicator that comes with a soft tip, which ALWAYS seems to fall off with too much use…happens to me every single time! Well how about using a make up brush instead?
Then you can be sure that the tip won’t come off and it will also be way more effective than using those cheap eye shadow applicators. You can buy make up brushes from any department store or the make up section of big box stores. Make sure you get a thin, small one because the big ones won’t get as much product as you need and those should be used more for blush on your cheeks.
You can use little brushes for almost everything. For your eye shadow, your foundation. your blush, and even your lip gloss. When you have been using make up brushes for a while, be sure you clean them thoroughly! This will get rid of any bacteria and always give you a fresh face when you put your make up on. Brushes also make eye shadow look soooo much nicer than applicator tips.
This is because they have the power to become completely covered in your eye shadow, and they spread every ounce of eye shadow onto your eye. You can use the brush flat or turn it on its side to make it the same exact dimensions as your eye lid.
Why do you need to spend your entire paycheck on pretty makeup colors? Well, now you don’t. That’s where makeup dupes come in. You can find the exact color you are looking for in a cheaper shade, without losing any of the effectiveness. The dupes might be the same shade but a different color than the expensive brands.
This is why it’s a great idea to print out a list of the expensive brands converted into cheap brands and bring it with you to wherever you buy your make up products. There’s even websites that will list the expensive brands and change it into your cheap brands for you.
You can actually type in what brand you are currently using and instantly find out the inexpensive brand for it. There’s no reason you should have to spend money to look pretty! Instead, learn all the exact colors of every single one of your make up products and then search for that color in the discount section of the store. Most make up is created from the same natural materials, so you won’t have to skimp on beauty to save on money.
Here’s another idea: look on the back of your make up plastic case and read what color it says it is. Type that color into an image search, then copy and paste the result into a word document. Repeat this step with every single one of your make up products. Then print out the page and take it with you to a dollar store or another store that sells discount make up items.
Ok why has nobody ever tried this before? At least not in my lifetime…This is the ONLY way to apply your eyeliner perfectly straight and flawlessly. Finally girls, there’s a solution to applying your eyeliner without the constant frustration we all have to deal with.. I for one get tired of messing up the eye liner on my top eye, as I’m sure you do too.
But here is a fix, and it’s really no different than how you did it before. Just lift up your eye lashes as much as you possible can, and fill in directly underneath. You’ll probably get some on your eye lashes, especially the first few times you do it, but that’s okay. It won’t be obvious because you are going to add mascara anyway.
I would strongly suggest doing your eyes in this order: Eyeliner first, then eye shadow, then mascara. Mascara is best saved for last because if you do it before the eyeliner, you will end up smudging your mascara all over the place. Let your eyeliner be the base for the rest of your make up. Applying eye liner right underneath your eye lashes is a wonderful idea because you literally can’t mess up.
Your eye lashes prevent you from smudging your eye liner because they act as a wall to your eye lid. I think this look would probably work best with liquid eye liner, but you can always experiment with liquid or pencil. I will definitely have to try this method out in the future.

This is a nice spin on the “Cleopatra” look we all love. And it’s simple, too. With just a touch of make up accessories which you probably already have in your bathroom, you can totally accomplish this face. You don’t always need to wear a ton of make up to look gorgeous. The sayings “A little goes a long way”, and “less is more”, definitely apply to this look.
The only items you’ll need: some foundation of the same shade as your skin, light tan blush, nude eye shadow, rose colored lipstick, and black eyeliner. Be sure buy the pencil kind, not the liquid. The pencil type stays on better and it looks nicer too. Apply your foundation evenly over your face and neck; make sure you get your eyes as well.
Add just a touch of the blush on your cheek bones. Cover your eye lid with the nude eye shadow and add some on top until you have a little bit of room under your eyebrows. Now it’s time for your eyeliner. Apply it to the top and bottom of your eyelids and flare it out slightly at the top end. Don’t go too fare with the flare or it won’t look natural. Lastly, lightly put your rose colored lipstick on. And there you have it; a beautiful, classic, Cleopatra style look. Achieving this style only takes about ten minutes and it’s a great way to show up at parties or just hang around the house. This girl has done it completely perfectly.
This is a unique and original method for applying some light, gorgeous makeup. This girl covered up her pale face with some light foundation and dark tanner that did wonders for her skin.
First, she applied some matching foundation all over her face (probably ivory shade), then softly placed some dark, tanning foundation on the edges of her face. She did this methodically, getting all the core spots but missing the main color of her skin.
She applied the dark foundation on each side of her face; on the skin adjacent to her chin. She was also sure to get each of her cheeks. Using tan or dark foundation is a softer, more discrete alternative to using blush. She also got each side of her nose. Lastly, she applied it above each eye, accentuating it outwards.
To finish off the glamorous look, she applied some very light black eyeliner and the top and bottom of her eyes. She was also sure to add some dark, bold mascara to her eyelashes. In the last photo we can see that she is wearing a soft, light pink lipstick as well.
This is a great look for women who have naturally pale skin and want to make it stand out in a good way, as well as add some tanner without being too obvious or drastic about it. This girl managed to look pale and pretty at the same time. This also eliminates the need to tan, which we all know is terribly detrimental for our health.
Gold/Bronze eye make up is always common and will always be popular because it can easily blend with other colors, outfits and wardrobes.
Eye make up is all about adding details and highlighting your eyes. They say that your eyes are the window to your soul and that is probably why there is so much details, highlighting done when it comes to eye make up.
Remember that eye make is never one dimensional, it is all about layering and defining. You first start of with a base, which is mostly to highlight your eyes, light gold and dark brown to enhance the eyes.
When it comes to eye make up you also have to remember to use make up tools and eye brushes specific to eye make up. When applying eye shadow, make sure that you use a circular motion when applying the make up.
Define your eyes with black eyeliner or cream liner. If you just put eye shadow your eyes won’t be defined and your eye make up won’t look as beautiful as it should. After defining your lower lash line and your upper lash line, you can then go ahead and apply mascara on your eyelashes. Make sure that you curl your eyelashes before you apply the mascara, this will fully utilize the mascara that you will be applying.
When it comes to eye make up, it is also very important that you define your eyebrows, make sure that you eyebrows are well maintained and that you define them with a liner.
